Smile, it looks good on you.

First off, I really don’t care about the Avengers. Like, at all. I’m looking at this from someone who enjoys films, not as a fanboy with my mouth around the cocks of the Thor, Iron Man, and Captain America. 

Honestly, I think this movie will be terrible, or at least I hope so, so people will shut up about Marvel.

And even if it is good, “decent”, or good-ish, or the best movie of the year, (So far I give that to “Chronicle”) it will never, ever, EVER live up the hype that has come with it.

It’s the same thing with Duke Nukem Forever. No matter what would have been put out, it wouldn’t have lived up to the hype of 13 or so years of development. The same thing goes for this movie, ever since, I believe The Incredible Hulk reboot was the start, followed by Iron Man, Thor, and then Captain America, they had the idea for an Avengers film. 

Basically, everyone thinks it is going to be the greatest film that has ever been made, passed down from the hands of Christ himself.

I am hoping that is a stinker, so people will realize that just because a movie looks cool, or awesome, or amazing doesn’t mean it is. That, and I’m just sick of the hype.
